Built-in Web camera not detected in device manager

My computer is Notebook Pavilion 2911US

Recently My hard disk failed.

I installed new hard disk, using recovery disk from HP.

This computer came with Bullet-in web camera. My device manager does not list Imaging device /any web camera.

How can I activate the built in camera?

I have read this post earlier.

Also windows service pack updated.
