Can not load JAVA

HP mini 210-1055NR  PC, 32 bit windows starter, No Java in the programs listing.Tried Java dowloads. installs, but will not run. Get the error message not a valid windows program see vendor

Try this, go to the link below and click "Windows Offline (32bit)"

 

Save the file to the desktop or other place where you can find it, once it downloads completely execute the file, see if java installs now.
