I've been at this for over a month now  my head hurts :-(

HP Pavilion DV7 3112sa

Product WA147EA

Windows 7 x64

I turned it on and have a black screen plus NumLock and CapLocks flashing twice.Bios Corrupt.

I've spent over a 1000 minutes on here posting and reading similar/same problems.

ried this, tried that and have been at it so long now, I bearly know my name or where I live.

I need to star again from scratch with some one helping me coz 'm just going round circles n have become a little lost.

I did have one guy who says he works for HP ask me the problm then for product number but then heard nothing else.

I'm quite comp friendly but have never flashed bios before. Have installed motherboards etc with sucess (not on this comp tho (dv7))

and have closely inspected the mothewrboard for any faults but cant see anything.

Recovery discs not working.

Removed HDD and looked at it with ATA USB and can recover music n pics etc but dont seem to be able to do anything with recovery partion.

Can anyone spare me some time and take me through the steps one at a timeto try again to get this up and running or at least, tell me its parts. Your time would be greatly appreciated and commens respected. Thanks for reading. Tim
