After reading all the story's about  H P  and how bad  their  customers  support is .. I should  have learned and have to say  from this  day forward.... I will do my best to  let other people  know how  H P  are the worst with  customer service   and their products  are not  Far behind  ....And as far as the phone service experience  I  had with them today  ,,I  will never ever  buy anything with  their name on it again .. I did order some master cds that is to restore to factory SPEC MY COMPUTER ,, a  few days ago   from  H P   for my H P G 62   note book Pc  product number is     xz267ua#aba       The  cds are to  restore  your note book to factory setting s   AS  HP  SAYS .. The install went well I DONE THIS A THOUSAND TIMES ON MANY COMPUTERS i OWNED IN THE PAST ..  and my  notebook is  working  . But in device mgr   I have a unknown device   and  that is THE DIVER FOR THE    U.S.B controller   for the built in web cam  .This issue has been posted by many  Hp  consumer THAT ARE  having the same problem?  I called  hp    and   they said  my computer is out of warranty?  and it will cost to fix  ... and my response was excuse me  i  just purchased   the MASTER Restore    C D S... from H P..     5 day ago! and  the CD.S   are to restore  my computer to factory specs    and they have not  ,.,    and  hp   sold me  a product that  they say is to restore to factory specs and it does not    it restores  everything   but the one driver for the u s b  controller   for the  web cam! So the   c d s that H P  sold me   has a problem / H P hung up the phone on me!?????   They are  nasty rotten   people who seemed  to enjoy  what was going on and treated my issue as a big joke ! this   and what was going on the phone       I know  after  doing    research  on the internet.. I  can find  the driver ..I hope ..  some where and down load it ? .. from some other site other then HP. .. But is this not the reason I paid H P  for the  cds? in the first place  ! So i would not have to  do all this ?  and ever thing  would be on C D s they sent me that   I paid for ?Sad  so sad  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Follow up....... This has now been escalated??  and I been issued a case MGR  from H P. ,  If you like to call  her that ,  {sue } After  talking for whjat felt like hours   with men  from  Hp and addressing them as Sir ,  now I have a woman  case Mgr??   .. O.K not A  problem  with me ,, excuse me .. But I did the same thing with her ? and  called  her Sir in era a few times..  ,She made more of a issue about that,,, and was looking for any reason to hang up the phone on me    .. Forgive Me and the  bad  phone connections,,,   The  issue now is wrong  Driver  C D s  HP sent me  ,  Again  I was polite  and nice  , After  contacting  H P  support in regards  to  issues..  I  had with recovery  cds and issues installing them And I am a pro  20 years  or more doing so .,I ordered and payed for  a fast fix C ds  to my computer problem s when they come about ,  Format erase  and  factory reinstall .. Thanks to H p and their staff this has become nothing of the sort ?  Now a fast fix  IS  one  big nite mare? , The C D s are  failing to install a operating  system correct  ...  and no ware near factory specs  { The  Drivers C Ds  is  failing to load  and stopping the  install }  .Now   after  installing the first  two  master recover  CDs   and then  putting in the supplemental  Driver   CDs  as the install asks,,,    The   install  would be  rejected  at the very end on the install .  THE ERA UNKNOWN DEVICE?  RECOVERY  REJECTED... WHEN YOU LOOK AT  INTO IN STALL  LOGS ... event  era  logs  !   after  spending days  on this PROBLEM   ..... I did and install   and   used the first two CDs THAT  H.P SENT..   But did not use the   supplement   Driver   CDS [  USED THE SKIP step}      And  was able  to  do and install  and get to my desk top  with  WRONG DRIVER OR OUT DATED and spend hour down loading  the correct drivers       Now  hp is saying  well  you can   go to hour web site   and down load the Drivers   and install them  this is  true   all but one the web cam..   And  this is far from  factory  recover c d  I purchased  from Hp   and far form  computer being in factory  spec  to make this easy Hello any body home at h p  any body their hello??
