Dear frens I have tried restoring my laptop to factory setting but when I try to do it from recovery manager it displays message like " system restore does not appear to be functioning properly on this system . Error code 0*80042303" When I restart laptop amazingly I can't turn my wireless button on . I can't restore it when I am in safe mode as well I tried making recovery file through recovery manager but when I insert it and boot from cd displays message that the disk is not supported. I have tried several times with pressing f11 button as well as alt + f11. I also tried to make my d: as primary active drive but when I open the disk management interface it goes blank it doesn't shows any drives . I need some serious help from you guys Thanks a lot

Hi,
If the recovery manager is not working, order the Recovery disc from HP website or call technical support.
Prior to that please run the Hard disc test from f2 diagnostic's, just to confirm that the drive is functioning properly. If the test fails you have to replace the Hard drive.
Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
