HELP!!! Failure ID - GGFXHA-5HQ5MD-MFH141

[ Edited ]

Hello,
I suddenly had "blue screens" and it says "MEMORY MANAGEMENT" in there. also I run HP Assistant Tests and results are:

Battery - PASSED
Star-UP - Failure ID - GGFXHA-5HQ5MD-MFH141-404SO3
Memory - Failure ID - GGFXHA-5HQ5MD-MFH141-404SO3
Hard Disk - PASSED
Run-In - Failure ID - GGFXHA-5HQ5MD-MFH141-404SO3

Computer HP Pavilion dv7-6000er , Win7 x64 Home Extended (or so...)

I bought this notebook a month ago and rarely used it. What could happen I can't imagine.
So please explain me the following:

1. what means this "memory management blue screens" and
2. what does this failure ID mean?
3. what should I do?

It might be due to using some x86 software on x64 notebook or this is memory cheap hardware part passed away? Please help. It's an expansive computer and I need it to be in perfect working condition immediately.

Thank you,

Alex G.

Re: HELP!!! Failure ID - GGFXHA-5HQ5MD-MFH141

After 3:46 since I started:

Pass: 3
Errors 24832 .

So I guess I should by a new memory DDR3 stick?
Thanks a lot for your help!

Alex, if you have to send it in to HP for repairs, be sure to back up any personal data you have before you send it in, sometimes they format the disk and reinstall the OS without asking you first.
