Did you use HP backup or other backup software before you recovered to factory settings?

No, errorneously , the banck up was not take . All the folders were on the destop. Pl help.

No, Errorneously , the back up could not be taken. All the folders were on the desktop.Please help!!!!!

Factory restore erases everyting on the drive, if you did not back up first, they are gone forever.
