HP NoteBook Startup & Boot issues

Having issues getting my notebook to boot.  I can get into recovery but F11 is not responding.  Normal boot up takes me to a blank screen blinking cursor.

 

Any suggestions?

reinsert the memory module and if you have 2dimm you need to perform ram dance meaning trying to boot to windows with just one memory if still not working you need to try another one, try reinserting hdd and optical drive as well.

I have similar problem, I've unplug the hard drive then on again. Could not remove memory. Still not working?????
