Is the F partition where your personal files are backed-up?

Hi,

 

If you start the Recovery Process using the f11 method, you should see the option for performing a Minimized Image Recovery and you should also be prompted to keep or delete any user-created partition.

 

However, I would still strongly recommend backing-up the F partition to some form of external device or media ( ie external HDD or DVDs ) just to be on the safe side, before starting this process.

SORRY  for being late reply.. 

 

THANK YOU SIR i've just done recovery using system recovery by system factory... the partion i have done in the previous was not affected so may drive d:/ wasn't reformatted.. XD. just the drive C:/ ...

Did I need some cd/dvd to back up data first from partion  (D:smileyhappy: Recovery ??

 

And can I use this laptop to do double boot, in case for windows 7 and linux mint ?? what should I do??

i have my problem again sir DavidPk ,

my hp pavillion has been reflow according ti hp authorize center. they said my board have a problem . and then this month the error i've encountered was returned again.. the blue screen error popuo then i open my windows. i've reformat it. and after i installed my video card it always goes to bluescreen error..can't continued my windows 7 OS
