HP Pavilion dv6-6102ax Entertainment Notebook PC

I deleted a file out of recycle bin two weeks ago and need to recover it. How do I this and I don't think I backed up computer :smileysad:

Is there any way to do this and if so please explain in simple terms. Thanks

It requires software to do this, and there is a possibility it cannot be recovered by any means,
