I think you hard status went offline therefore when you try to run the recovery this message is given by you machine.
You need a bootable CD or Flash Drive of Windows 7 to boot your machine. When your system is booted from the CD/USB then try to install the operating system. Choose the advance mode of installation if it gives you two options. In advance mode you must go to the option where you can all partitions of your hard drive. Check the status of your hard drive partitions. In your case I think it will be shown as offline. you have to select a partition for installation and it proceed with installation. When you proceed then it will give you the message that selected drive is currently offline. Click Ok to make it online or click cancel to abort installation. You have to click OK and your Hard Drive will be online.
After this you can abort the installation process and now can run your recovery CD/USB and it will work fine.
Sorry for my English if it is not clear.

Hello DBZ-lo. I understand you're unable to recover your machine.
I'd like to point out that performing the "minimized recovery" will also delete all of your files.
What issue have you been experiencing that is leading you to perform a recovery?
