My laptop is new one which is HP Pavilion g6-2005AX. The operating system is Windows 7 Home Basic.
When I tried to do hard disc partition, it failed showing one warning "The operation you selected may convert the selected basic disc to dynamic disc.If you do so you cannot start the installed programs from any volume on the disc."
Then I called HP. They told me to create recovery discs from the "HP recovery manager window". They said that they will call after completing this. I have followed what they said and created 5 recovery DVDs. Now they are not calling. I tried to call them many times, but they are too busy.
Please help me how can I proceed to do the hard disc partition.
