Hello. I bought the DVD - Windows 7 64b SP1 + Supp 2 Recovery, but how do I use this? I insert the media into the optical drive of my notebook, but nothing happens

Hi

 

Please find the steps givern below in the weblink might be helpful for you.

 

 

Restore the PC to its original condition with the recovery discs

 

 

If this does not work then you can try this step once unit is powered on keep tapping F10 key once unit load to Bios page click on Boot order then select boot options then CD/DVD should be first drive then press F10 to save the chances then insert the Recovery DVD.
