I want HP recovery Disc. But the customer care won't give me any recovery Disc.

Actually I have a problem from last two week regarding with Beat Audio application enabling/disabling it's work only for enabling not for disabling, can you please solve it.

One problem is also there i.e. + and - audio feature with my Pavilion dv6-6119tx.

please solve as soon as possible.

You can create your own recovery disk set  or USB recovery media if you have not changed the original partitioning scheme.

If you have made changes to the scheme without having already creating your own recovery media then your only options are to purchase a set from HP or a third party vendor or HP Partner or purchase an operating system installation DVD from Microsoft.
