I was having problem in my laptop as my recovery drive was formatted. So I went to Service Center, they told me to format the data as my Windows was corrupted. When formatting was done, not a single data was there in my HDD. Even drivers were also not installed. I am facing much problem. Now my laptop has become useless. They told me that HP will provide you Genuine CD of Windows 8. So how i will get my CD. Please help me. !

Here are a couple options available.
1. You can order a replacement set of Recovery Discs using the link below - these will reinstall the operating system, all required drivers and nearly all of the original software ( the exception often being trials of MS Office ). They will also re-create all the original partitions, including the Recovery Partition.
2. If your notebook originally shipped with Windows 8, the activation key is stored in the Bios chip, so you could create your own OEM Windows 8 installation disc.
For details on how to do this, see the 3rd post by Huffer on the following link - Note that the download is subject to a usage cap so you may need to try over a period of a few hours.
