I cannot get my Touch Smart computer to start. I ran a diagnostic test (F2) and it came back with the following Failure Code: UC439V-5J9678-XD6V41-60VW03
Any suggestions to resolve this issue are greatly appreciated .

Was this error code for the Hard Drive or Memory? If it was, run another test on the relevant Hardware from the Bios menu as follows.
Shut down the notebook. Tap away at f10 as you start the notebook to enter the bios menu. Under the Advanced or Diagnostic tab you should find the facility to run tests on both the Hard Drive and Memory. Post back with the details of any error messages.
