NTLDR is missing!

Dear Sir/Madam 


My notebook come out this message as follow:-

NTLDR is missing!

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart.

 

I format and install Windows XP.

 

I off the power when half way install and format.

I restart my notebook and the message comes out as following: -
NTLDR is missing!
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart.


I don't have the Windows XP bootable CD but I only have Windows XP for reinstallation and repair only.
 
Can you please tell how to get  Windows XP bootable CD from HP or how to make Windows XP bootable CD? 

Do you have any ideas and solution?

Can you please tell me?
