Please give Kudos. What other kind of recognition could I get?
Have I solved your problem? Mark solution as accepted.
I try to hate Macintosh. I really do. But I can't bring myself to hate any electronic device.

Either/or.
The key works on both 32 or 64 bit.
As long as you install the same version as is on the COA sticker (ie, Home Premium).

Nope.
The key will only activate the version of W7 that came with your PC.
But at least you will have a W7 installation disk and you can keep W7 on there as long as you want without having to worry about the license expiring.
If you like Windows 8, I read that supposedly we can upgrade to W8 Pro for only $39.99 when it comes out--possibly in October.
