Hi,
I have a HP ProBook 4730s (LH357EA) with Windows 7 64-bit
I want to know why I can't create recovery DVDs or even buy it. Indeed I wish to make an installation to zero and I can't do as I don't have recovery DVDs.
Sincerely,
Thomas Clop
PS: Sorry if some errors are present I am French.

I ever see this website but I have not result for my computer.
I would like to have a copy of the partition "HP recovery" and not create an copy of WIndows 7. On others HP there is HP Recovery Manager but it doesn't exist on Probook because it's a professionnal computer.
I would also to know what conditions are necessary to use QuickWeb because it came with my PC but I never could run it. My BIOS is at version F20 so the problem is not there.
Sincerely,
Thomas Clop
