Recovery Disc Not Available and unable to bring notebook to factory state condition

I have not created recovery discs and tried bringing the HP notebook to its factory set up. Now While setting up, system is looking for recovery disc 1 and coming out? Please help.

Hi,
Finally i called up hp support and got pair of recovery dvds and 1 dvd for drivers ans softwares. Now issue is:
I tried using F11, after sometime, an error msg is displyed and says that windows is not installed properly. Ten i try using recovery dvds but nothin happened.
I also tried puttin dvds in dvd drive, then only black screen appears with 1 cursor and automatically laptop switches off. Alltogether i am still not able to bring back into factory state. I cant use y computer, right clicj etc. as i had already tried F11 earlier, and nothin happened much. After tht i m not able to access screns.
Pls help
