Recovery and Audio problem

Hi,

 

I recently purchase a HP Pavilion but suddenly I am having start up problems. First problem was my pc tried the system recovery but was unable to recover.

I tried logging in today and it gave me the oprions of safe mode etc. I went in using safe mode and run a troubleshoot and it said unable to fix audio. I have tried the system test in HP support section and it says my pc is healthy. Is this normal or does it sound right for a pc only 2 weeks old

Back up any personal files you have to an external hard drive, and then do a factory restore.

 

 

2 ways to start factory restore

 

In windows open HP Recovery Manager Software and start the process from there.

 

Power down, then power up while you hold the F11 key down until recovery manager loads,
