Thank you so much!! it worked!  After I put the code in and went through a couple of screens then this popped up under system recovery: Error code: 0xe0ef0003. Any advice?

I also ran some checks and it says PCI device failed I don't know if this helps..

Help please.  My mini 1000 is asking for the CURRENT password, which I don't know.

dryski you need to enter the password 3 times then it will give you a code..

enter the code on here and then someone will create you a new password to enter
