System recovery

I have compaq presario cq43LA, Windows 7 in Spanish, 32 bit, I could not create the system recovery disks. Fails during the creation and asks me to try again. Is there any update to be installed to correct it.

It probably failed because you did not have DVD's that were a high enough quality. Consider using a USB thumbdrive to create your recovery media.

 

You left out a few digits when you identified your notebook. As you can see there are many in that series. :smileyhappy:
