WINDOWS CAN NOT CHECK FOR UPDATES

LAPTOP WINDOWS 7 NOTEBOOK, WHEN I TRY TO UPDATE ,A BOX COMES UP TELLING ME THE ENVIRONMENT OPTION

CAN NOT BE FOUND AND I CAN NOT CHANGE MY ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS.
