computer crashed

rem couldnt perform the screening because counldnt detect 2 HDDs on this system what does that mean i cant do anything on the computer and most of all test i run fail computer is a compaq presario CQ57

How about giving some details on your notebook (complete product name or number) and explaining what happened.

thanks for the help sorry i didnt give enough info but called the company and they said there is a problem with the hard drive so i have to mail it in to them to be fixed. computer is still under warrenty so im good to go
