so do i get it that i just need to be more patient at this point and it will update itself
if that is the case

my hard drive failed and had to be replaced within weeks of purchasing this product, worst company ever. the computer has never run properly since the hard drive incident and once again my computer is in for repairs. I wish I still had my ACER great computer never had a problem with it ..HP should have just replaced the computer instaed of repairing it..because it is a very expensive door stop. what a hunk of junk
