I must say that HP was very helpful with giving detailed instructions on how to back up the files and even took the files and did it for you.....then when its time to recover and REINSTALL what you need back to your computer.....you're on your own. EPIC FAIL!!! If we knew how to reinstall them on our own this thread wouldnt exist. I am so upset right now I might just go and but an Apple!!! Thanks a lot HP!!!!
