Hi,
You can use your Recovery Discs to reinstall Windows 7 as detailed in the document on the link below.
Using Recovery Discs - Windows 7
If you don't have these, you can order a replacement set of Recovery Discs using the link below.

what does this mean?
on the hp manager it says i have removed recovery partition what does this mean? how will it affect my laptop and how do i get it back?

Hi,
If you have removed the Recovery Partition, you will not be able to create your own set of Recovery Discs, so you will need to order a replacement set as detailed in my previous post.
If you use these replacement discs to reinstall the operating system, they will also re-create the Recovery Partition on the Hard Drive - this will then allow you to use the 'f11 method' to reinstall Windows should you wish to.
