Start tapping the F11 key immediately after powering on the laptop. This will boot into Recovery Manager to reinstall back to Factory specs. If at any time you are asked if you want to use 'System Restore" answer no and continue with System Recovery.

You can also burn a Recovery DVD set which can be used to boot the laptop.
