the product is a compact cq50 with vista. changed password and cannot remember it.

Hi

You have a couple of options as I see it.

1) You can use Bypass software for the unit.

2) If you do not have important data then you could use the F11 recovery to reinstall Operating system.

3) If this does not work then you can call HP technical support to order the disc or you can click on the web link given below to order the disc online.

BIOS password???
