Hi,

There are Two options to try and reinstall Windows - the 2nd is the easiest, but you may want to try the 1st to see if it will save you having to order a replacement set of discs - make sure to back-up any important files first.

1.  If you can still boot in to Windows, hold down the Windows Key and press R.  Into the Run Box type compmgmt.msc and hit enter.  Click Disk Management in the left pane and when the partitions have loaded, right click the Recovery Partition and mark it as 'Active'.  Close all open windows and then restart - if this has worked, the notebook will boot from the Recovery Partition upon restart.

2.  You can order a replacement set of Recovery Discs using the link below.

well thats what i get when i right click the recovery part.. seems to be empty but when i install the OS from another CD tells me it have 3 gbs free of 10 gb :\ idk what to do P.S.. thank you

A useful utility for viewing all the files on your PC is called Free Commander, on the link below, as it displays folders that the Operating System normally hides and has a good search function.

This is a zipped file.  If you don't have an extraction utility installed, download and install 7-Zip which can be used to open this so that you can run the installer.  When installed, launch Free Commander, click the OEM Partition in the Toolbar to view any files in this partition.

Does the OEM Partition contain anything?

i recently formatted my hp 630 notebook and when i retried to insatall an operating system them it says an error message that missing system file and error message at 0x000000c and fails to install the operating system do there exists any .iso software that will repair my computer in the next boot or is there any sthing that i can do on behalf of the hp experts to repair my computer ......please reply me sson
