I've some problem for startup my laptop.

ok, When i turn on the power it go to LUNCH STARTUP REPAIR >> system recovery options >> next >> startup repair is checking your system for ploblem >>........ long time....... when I choose restart or shut down but everything SAME go to>>>>>>>>>>>>>LUNCH STARTUP REPAIR again and again

or when I choose recovery manager >>>>>>system recovery>>factory image recovery>> ERROR 1002 please contact HP support.....................

Now I need to open the window and how to do it.

please take care my question and I hope you understand my question.

Hi,

Shutdown the notebook.  Tap away at f10 as you start the notebook to enter the bios menu.  Under the Advanced or Diagnostic tab you should find the facility to run tests on both the Hard Drive and Memory.  Post back with the details of any error messages.

now monitor shown

 edit boot options

 edit windows boot option for : Ramdisk settings

 path : \ windows\system32\winload.exe

I don't know how to do next and how to set up.

So both the Memory and Hard Drive tests passed?

What is the full version of your operating system ( ie Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit )?

my lversion Vista premium 1  64 bit

Now , I can recovery by dvd window vista aleady . I set up BIOS to boot by DVD.

Hi,

This process will allow you to make a Vista Repair Disc. This is not an installation disc but will allow you to use the Vista Recovery Console that is available on retail versions of Vista.

Download the file on the link below.

Vista 64 bit

This is a zipped file.  If you don't have an extraction utility installed, download and install 7-Zip, when installed, right click the zipped folder, select Extract Files and then click Ok.  You should now see another folder containing the ISO file.

You will need software to burn the ISO to a CD.  If you don't have this type on software installed, download and install ImgBurn and use this to burn the ISO to a CD.

Once you have created the Vista Repair Disc, follow the guide on the link below to see if this will repair your installation - you may need to run this several times.
