notebook keeps sending me to the recovery page

My notebook, HP Pavilion G62-144DX Windows 7 64-bit, keeps sending me to the recovery page when i restart the laptop. It never reaches to the desktop at all. If you need any information just ask the question and ill answer it asap and thank you for your help =D.

Enter BIOS setup by tapping/holding the F10 key immediately after powering on the laptop.Use Diagnostics to test your hdd.

diagnostics didnt work, it said i passed though but im still going straight to the recovery page
