Is a recovery disk able to get HP Mini 110 in a factory condition?

Hi:
Yes, a recovery disk will restore your PC to its "out of the box" condition.
Please read the info below on how to order if you don't have one.
Remember to back up any files you want to keep before running the recovery disk as everthing currently on the hard drive will be lost.

Do this recovery disk and a window installation disk do the same job?

The recovery disk adds the operating system, drivers and software that originally came with your notebook.
A plain windows installation disk will only add the operating system and whatever drivers it can.
You will not have the software that came with your PC, and you will need to download some of the drivers from your notebook's support and driver page. There may be some software too but not much.
