unspecified error occured during system restore??

I have attempted to restore my system to a previous update and I have received the following message on all three attempts:

 

An unspecified error occurred during system restore.

 

I have tried to restore to a different day and still no success. What should I try next?

May be windows restore point was corrupt, u need to take backup. If u have Recovery Disk then u can run at the time of booting, other side u need 2 install windows manually
