when watching an online video, notebook blue screens

I am having a problem with my notebook and Dish Network with a sling. When I log on to Dish online (this only occurs on my HP notebook....I have several computers), it will allow me to see and play my DVR, Blockbuster online, and Live TV. But when I go to my Guide, it acts like i am not logged in and only gives me the option of closing the window, instead of watching online, recording, watching on tv, or closing the window.

Then when I am watching a video on the notebook after about 10 min it blue screens and does a mem dump.

Any Ideas?

Hi,

What is it and what is its operating system ? The video card may not be able to handle this, update its driver may help. We don't know your machine and its OS therefore can't not show you where is the driver.

The laptop is a HP pavilion dr7. The os is win7 ultimate. Ill try the video card. I have verizon and a pantech 175 modem which somebody said was the problem but I also have a sony viao and I use that same modem there and there is no problem. Thank you for trying to help!
