Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I did a clean install of Windows 10 on my laptop, and was also using the F.27 version of BIOS downloaded via HP Support Assistant.

After the clean install, I forgot to install HPSA, but still went on to check my product page for available drivers and updates.

I donot know why my laptop is not supported for Windows 10, though it runs it perfectly smoothly... So I had to go to the download section for Windows 8.1.

And there was a BIOS update

Now based on my little knowledge, I know that it is absolutely incorrect to downgrade the BIOS, but still downloaded it and gave it a try when the following screen appeared

I know something is not right here... Any suggestions?

Dont use HPSA on W10 for that model, do not update the bios using HPSA.

You have the latest bios available and probably will be the the last version ever released, Windows Updates will find any new driver updates, so HPSA is no longer needed on that model, uninstall it.
