@Claudio12345

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Any Windows PC  running Windows 7 or newer will run Office 2013  - but there must be something more to your question.

So, please provide us the details of your concern.

Thanks

Hi,

Specs: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-15-ay100-notebook-pc/12499456/document/c05364603

It's very good specs your notebook has got. You can proceed with installation.

Sorry, should have added more. I have a retail disk copy of Office 2013. It was installed on my pc, which had an irrecoverable crash. I'd like to install that copy on my new pc but I get an error message saying it's looking for an office 2015 file. Is there some sort of licence issue that prevents reinstallation of office 2013?

"windows cannot find 'C:\program files\microsoft office 15\Client X64\integratedoffice.exe'"

I found that this particular file does not appear on my new pc so I'm assuming it's expecting office 2015??

Many thanks visruth.

Deleting the ClicktoRun registry key, as suggested, fixed the problem.

Much appreciated.
