Hi
I am facing 2 problems:
1) How do I turn on my keyboard lights (backlit)? I can't find any light button.
2) HP Support Assistant prompts me to update HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors) but it's taking too long to download n install, I mean it's not working.
Pls provide solutions for these 2 problems asap, thk u so much!
Best Regards,
Jerica

Hi,
Answer's are as listed below:-
1. http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05149471 Product specs does not mention that the unit was shipped with backlit keyboard, but you can try press F5 to enable it (If the unit is shipped with one).
2. Download the BIOS drivers from the below link, select the operating system from the list and then download the lastest BIOS update.
