High memory usage

Hello, I would really appreciate it if you could help me with this issue, I have a Compaq laptop CQ57-366SA the, I am using Windows 7 premium 64-bit,  the memory usage of my laptop is very high,  the computer start as normal afer when I turn it on but after few minutes I lose half of the memory ( 2gb) please find below the copy of the process from the task manager

I understand that there is a high memory usage on your PC.

Common causes of slow system performance:
Not enough free disk space or disk errors.
Applications that require a lot of system resources.
Too many tasks running at the same time.
Nonessential graphic features.
Not enough memory.
Overheating due to intensive graphic applications or dust in vents.
Running multiple instances of anti-virus software.

Refer this article to further troubleshoot slow performance issues.

Hello, Thank you very much for your reply it might be disk errors. could you please let me know how to fix the errors

Not enough free disk space: I have lot of free space
Applications that require a lot of system resources : I am not running any applications
Too many tasks running at the same time : no tasks are running in the same time
Nonessential graphic features: None
Not enough memory: 4gb RAM
Overheating due to intensive graphic applications or dust in vents: the vents are clean the machine is overheationg because there is a high memory usage
Running multiple instances of anti-virus software : I have reinstalled windows to resolve the high memory usage, I haven't install yet the anti virus

Can you try running system diagnostics on your PC and let me know the results.

Please run memory and hard drive test on your PC.

Refer this article to know how to run system diagnostics from F2.

Sorry, but your statements are inaccurate.

You ARE running applications, despite what you think.

Your list includes at the least the following:

Google applications (2)

Google Chrome Browser -- several tabs are open

Here's a link to some steps you can follow to reduce the number of startup apps:  http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1860438/reduce-number-programs-run-start-simple-steps.html

That will reduce the amount of system memory that is taken up after you startup Windows.

Hello, thank you for your reply, I ran the tests you suggested RAM and disc both passed the tests there is nothing wrong with them, the problem of high memory and high disc usage started when I upgraded from windows 7 to Windows 10 then after 6 months my screen went blue(screen of death) 2 weeks ago I have installed Windows 7 premium but the problem remains, I do not have any apps installed or antivirus, few minutes after turning on the laptop half of the memory is already used 2gb. All my previous documents and data from Windows 10 is backed up in a logical partition, the other partition I am using now is empty not even antivirus is installed. I don't know if the logical partition that I can' t access is causing the problem (malware, spyware, virus...). If you have any ideas what causing the problem could you please let me know as I don't know what to do.
