I am doing a complete computer reset on my HP Pavillion laptop. How long should this take?

Hello,

I understand you’re questioning the length of time it takes to do a full reset.

Well it just depends on what route you’re taking. If you using the built in reset on the PC it can take 20-35 minutes and then another 15 minutes to go through the setup.

If you’re using disc the process takes a lot more time normally no less than hour but majority of the time a lot longer. It really depends on the configuration of the PC, but there never really is a set timetable.

Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Thanks
