HP Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My touchscreen has been unresponsive, and I believe I have pinpointed why, I just don't know how to fix it.

In device manager when I expand the Human Interface Devices section, I find only 2 drivers

But When I click "show hidden devices" the other 4 (including HID-compliant touch screen) show up.

I selected to update each of these 4 hidden devices, but they were already had the latest update.

How to I  "unhide" these devices?

There is a picture of what I mean attached.

Note: I have already restarted the laptop, and I even restored it to factory settings, and have seen no results from those actions.

Also, I have had troubles finding these drivers to redownload on the internet

Thanks for the help!Screenshot (2).png
