Hp 15-ac102nh
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all!

I bought a Hp 15-ac102nh notebook and I have a problem:

I downloaded and installed the drivers from the following link:

http://support.hp.com/hu-hu/drivers/selfservice/HP-15-ac100-Notebook-PC-series/8499326/model/9015086

But computer management shows some problems.

And I have problem with my graphics card also. (error 43)

Driver:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows%207%20-%2064

Any help to find appropriate drivers for the abovementioned devices would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for my English!

I have included some pictures.

Hi:

I would only be able to help you with the ethernet driver.

You need this one...

This package provides the Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver that enables the Realtek Network Interface Card (NIC) Chip in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

You're very welcome.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this works...

Download and run the AMD graphics driver from your notebook's support page.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72646.exe

If you have already done this, and did not delete the driver folder that was created, skip the above step.

Go to the device manager and click on the AMD graphics adapter with the ! mark next to it.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the graphics driver file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp72646.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.

Then restart the PC.

The graphics driver on your notebook's support page should have worked because here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file, which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted...
