Hi! @Boobalan77, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand that your laptop is not recognizing any android mobile phones.

Try few steps recommended below.

Press Windows Key + X and choose Device Manager from the menu.
Locate your Android device, right click it and choose Update Driver Software.
Click Browse my computer for driver software.
Now click on Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
From the list choose MTP USB Device and click Next.
After the driver has been installed, your Android device should be recognized.

If the issue still persists Use a different USB cable, Install driver from phone manufacturers website and Enable USB debugging on your phone.

Please let me know the outcome.

Cheers! 🙂

Hey there! @Boobalan77, thanks for the response.

Please try few steps recommended below.

On your computer go to My Computer.
Click with the mouse right click and hit properties.
On the menu that appears, click hardware
Click on Device Manager.
When you tap out a list: universal serial bus driver (BUS)
Click the right mouse button and on "Enhanced Host Controller"
If it's disabled, you have to enable it.

For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode" < Back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"

Let me know if this works!

Have a great day! 🙂
