HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After 5 min I turn on my PC the fan will start running and it will not stop until I turn off the pc or put it in a sleep mode.

I open the back cover and tried to clean the fan but nothing got changed. my current CPU is 12% only and the memory is 71%. Anyone have Idea how to fix it

I understand that the fan of your laptop keeps running all the time. Here is a document may help: HP Notebook PCs - Fan is Noisy and Spins Constantly, PC is Warmer than Normal

Thank you for your helping, the problem has been solved. The BIOS needed update but I installed hp support assistance on my PC and it did not notified that there is any update for BIOS also when I tried to download the new BIOS update by using hp support assistance the downloads reach until 93 % and then it will stop, then I download it by browser. also while I am downloading the update I saw the  (battery safety recall) message, also hp support assistance did not notified me about it.

I hope you to improve hp support assistance.
