Hello suicidesucks:
Welcome to HP's forum. There are two names for it. HP media cam is one. The most comon name is cyberlink cam. Goto your computer all program search box and type in cyberlink cam. If you have it it will display it above just left click on it and it will open it. Let me know if you can find it. Thank you frrw.
