how to remove ads by buzzsurfing 2141ee

Hi,

 

Im not sure how it got downloaded but the ads by buzzsurfing is causing me trouble. Its not there on my laptop nor in my browser's extensions. Help please!

Hello,

 

Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum.

 

 

Could you please post your HP computer model and the operating system you use ?

Do you have antivirus software installed, is it up to date ? Have you run a scan with it ?

 

 

Please, read this guide with instructions:

Perform all these steps -> steps 1, 3, 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8A

Download, run and scan with the programs mentioned there. Usually, this fixes most of the issues.

 

If you have performed the instructions and you still face problems, just reply back and I will provide you with further instructions how to proceed.

I have done all of the above but the problem is still there.
