Contact HP technical support for the country you live in at the link below.

Explain the situation to the customer services rep.
They will send you a link or to upload a copy of your invoice or sales receipt showing the date of purchase, and they will adjust the warranty start and end dates accordingly.
I had to do the same thing, and they fixed the warranty start and end dates within 3 business days.
