If the webcam icon is on your desktop just double click on it to access your webcam.  If not you can download the program from the following link.

Hi,

If you don't have the webcam icon on your desktop, you can go to start, control panel, programs and features to see if the webcam program is loaded on your computer.  If it is you should be able to activate the program from here and to pin a icon to your desktop for future access.  If you are not able to accomplish it from programs and features go to the link listed below to install the webcam

The link below will take you to the page where you can download Cyberlilnk YouCam which is the program you need to load

 

the webcam program into your operating system.  The download page will walk you thru the steps required to do this, and

 

at completion will placed the webcam icon on your desktop for future access

Hi Simone,

 As far as I know your webcam and skype perform the same function, 

perhaps you should use one or the other.  If you choose to use your webcam, you'll have to uninstall the skype program

before you download the webcam program, which you can get to by using the link below.  Go to start, control panel,

programs and features, to locate both the old webcam program and skype to uninstall them.  Download the new cyberlink

youcam program which will at completion place a icon on your desktop for your future access.
