H-E-L-P ! I CANNOT SEE HOW THE WEBCAM ON MY HP

HI I AM NEW TO COMPUTERS & CANNOT FIGURE HOW TO START & OPERATE THE WEBCAM. ALSO THE POINTER DISAPPEARS WHILE OPERATING MEDIA PLARER AND IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPERATE IT WITH BUTTONS ! JUST RETURNED FROM IRAQ AND THINK THAT LEARNING LAPTOP OPERATION IS EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING THAN THAT! THANKYOU FOR ANY RESCUE EFFORT !

Try typing webcam in your search box. press start then type webcam it will take you to the program. By the way, i'm from syria so I know how frustrating it is not to have support. good luck.

also go to device manager in your control panel and go to imaging devices, it may be disabled
